- Party annual financial reports published on azdarar.am (official public-notification site, until 2024) - archived copiesParties' reports under the Constitutional Law on Parties, published on the Ministry of Justice's public-notification site azdarar.am; retrieved from the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) · Armenian Revolutionary Federation 2021 and Democratic Party of Armenia 2022 (the only archived reports with itemised donors); 21 archived party-report announcements checked, 10 of 26 attachments archived · 14 rows
- CPC e-platform - annual financial reports of political parties (incl. donors)Corruption Prevention Commission of the Republic of Armenia (CPC) · Annual reports 2021 onwards (not accessible: bot-protection challenge)
- CEC Oversight and Audit Service - declarations of payments into and use of pre-election fundsCentral Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia (CEC) · Elections 2011-2026 (declarations, bank summaries, audit conclusions)
- Caveats
-
- Armenia's complete donor lists are in the parties' annual financial reports, which since 2021 are filed on the Corruption Prevention Commission's e-platform ppregistry.cpcarmenia.am. That host answers every request with a Radware bot-manager challenge page; it was not accessed (the project does not circumvent anti-bot protection) and the Wayback Machine has no copy of it. The data here are therefore a tiny sample and must not be read as Armenian party funding totals.
- Before 2025 the reports were also published on azdarar.am, whose old announcements were removed when the site was replaced in 2025. Only 21 party-report announcements were archived by the Wayback Machine and 10 of their attachments. Two carry itemised donor lists and are ingested (Armenian Revolutionary Federation 2021, Democratic Party of Armenia 2022); the others are hand-filled scans of small parties reporting no named donations, or Civil Contract's 2019 and 2020 reports (2020: 102.3 million AMD from natural and 32.1 million AMD from legal persons in total) whose donor lists were not attached.
- The ARF 2021 donor notes are scanned images: the 10 rows were transcribed by hand (the downloaded files/transcriptions/arf_2021_annual_report.csv) and match the printed totals exactly. In-kind donations there are payments of the party's utility-bill debts by four individuals.
- Patronymics (fathers' names) are removed from donor names and identity-document numbers are not exported. Membership and entrance fees, which the reports also list by name, are not exported (the party accounts data has their totals).
- the party accounts data: income_total excludes loans (ARF 2021 took 75.0 million AMD of loans); donations_individuals includes in-kind donations. the public funding data has the ARF's 2021 state budget funding.
- The CEC Oversight and Audit Service (https://www.elections.am/PageFor/Oversight%20Service) publishes the parties' pre-election fund declarations of every election since 2011 (RAR/ZIP archives of scans under res.elections.am/images/audit/ and res.elections.am/images/forWebPages/Verahskich/) together with its verification conclusions. Checked on 2026-09-29 by opening the archives of the 2 April 2017 parliamentary election (fund02.04.17m.rar, 9 party declarations) and of the 9 December 2018 snap election (fund09.12.18m.rar, 11 declarations): the receipts table gives only the date and the amount of each payment into the fund, never the payer (the expenses table names the suppliers); the CEC's summary statements (audit/02.04.17m.pdf, audit/09.12.18m.pdf, audit/20.06.21m.pdf) give totals per party only. Since 2021 only the party itself may pay into its fund. Checked, nothing published on donors; not ingested (index of the documents: the downloaded files/cec_oversight_index.txt).
- The CPC website (cpcarmenia.am) publishes only the auditors' opinions on the annual reports of state-funded parties (12 documents in the downloaded files/cpc_audit_files.json), without donor lists.
- Not yet checked: the Wayback Machine's list of azdarar.am announcement pages (the downloaded files/wayback/cdx_azdarar_all_announcments.json, 34,319 URLs) contains party-report announcements posted under other organisation ids than the org/230 and cat/261 pages fetched in the first pass (for example Civil Contract's 2018 report at https://www.azdarar.am/announcments/org/261/00471207/); their attachments may hold further donor lists.
